CBR is a society developed by the central board of revenue of Pakistan. This society is having two phases. One is located in zone five of Islamabad and other is located in zone one near new Islamabad airport.

CBR Phase 2

Cbr phase 2 is developed by central board of revenue and approved by RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority). CBR phase 2 is having a wide variety of residential and commercial plots, big commercial areas and mosques. The society offers five marla, ten marla and one kanal residential plots where as it provides six malra commercial plots to its clients.

The access to CBR phase 2 is from girja road that is connected to thaliyan interchange on motorway and is exactly located opposite to new Islamabad airport. Second access to this society is from CDA sectors I-16, I-17.
